A: Yes of course, we offer free trial. You can directly upload through free trial page in website or if you have heavy files then you can send files using We Transfer, Dropbox or any medium you want. Email id – info@mywebpocket.com

A: Send us your files using Dropbox, WeTransfer or email at info@mywebpocket.com we can also provide you FTP account to upload your files for faster downloading and uploading. Rest assured about security, we create separate account for each client with unique username and password.

A: First you will receive your completed work and you will be able to revise it. Once you are happy with it, we will send you the invoice with all the details you need to pay. You can pay via PAYPAL. The only other option is Wire Transfer (sometimes referred to as ‘Telegraphic Transfer’ or simply T/T). Due to high transaction cost, we only accept Wire Transfer with amount over US$1000. Please write to for details if you plan to issue a wire transfer.

A: We accept most of photo formats including JPG, GIF, PNG, PSD, EPS and RAW files like DNG, NEF, RW2, CR2, TIFF file format.

A: Yes absolutely. All our personnel have signed a non-disclosure agreement where they commit themselves to not taking any images out of the workplace or use it for any other purposes than for the job you require. Our entire equipment is also protected by firewall for inbound and outbound security and we use the latest antivirus protection in every computer. Also we have mention in our website about Confidentiality and privacy policy.

We facilitate you with open communication and easy accessibility, and keep you updated throughout.

You can readily stay in touch with us through Email, Phone, Instant Messengers (Google Talk, MSN, Skype, AOL and Yahoo), etc. or any other mode of your preference.

Our Project Managers or supervisors are available 24X7

Our Work shifts are designed as per Client Working Hours so that you don’t have to stay awake through unearthly hours to connect with your team. We work 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday) in 2 shifts: 8am to 5pm and 5pm to 2am

We communicate the Project status on a regular basis to the Client ranging from daily to weekly depending on the project requirements.

A: There is no maximum size limit for uploading images. You can provide us with images of any size, in any format (including JPG, GIF, PNG photos, RAW files like NEF, CR2, DNG, TIFF and PSD files, etc.) and in any resolution convenient to you. We will suitably modify the format and size in sync with your photo editing requirements.

A: Our turnaround time is as much as within 12 to 24 hours. For bulk images we will send them in batches.

A: Before we start working on your project, one of our experienced team member will evaluate your photos and instructions carefully. If your project is going beyond our service range, or exceeding technical limit of digital photo editing, we will cancel your project and provide a full refund as soon as possible.

A: Online work have no geographical boundaries. We are working for clients all around the world.

A: Yes we do consider a special price for bulk orders, Please contact us for the pricing for such assignment.

A: When we finish the work, an email notification will be sent to your email with a special link, which will lead you to the project page with thumbnails on the right side. Just click “Download Full-size” and the work will be downloaded to your computer. By the way, we can send by email attachment too if you prefer.
